MICRO TEC corp. fully recognizes that it has an important responsibility to protect the personal information handled in its software development activities and the protection of personal information is a social mission it must carry out. MICRO TEC corp. will comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal rights and personal information security.

MICRO TEC corp. has established a Personal Information Protection Management System in accordance with the following basic policy, and declares that MICRO TEC corp. will continuously endeavor to improve this system by paying attention to the latest information technologies, social demands and developments in the business environment.

• MICRO TEC corp. collects, uses and provides personal information only within the scope necessary for the achievement of appropriate business activities, employment and personnel management. MICRO TEC corp. does not handle personal information beyond the extent necessary to achieve the original purpose.

• MICRO TEC corp. complies with laws, regulations and guidelines related to the protection of personal information.

• MICRO TEC corp. formulates rational safety measures, provides appropriate management resources that correspond to company conditions, and continually enhances the personal information security management system in order to protect the personal data that MICRO TEC corp. handles, from leakage, loss, damage or any similar event. Should any of these events occur, MICRO TEC corp. takes corrective action without delay.

• MICRO TEC corp. responds appropriately to complaints or questions about the handling of personal information sincerely and without delay.

• MICRO TEC corp. reviews the personal information security management system in response to the environment changes around the company, and continuously endeavors to improve the system.

This Policy is communicated to all employees in MICRO TEC corp.
This policy can be read by anyone at any time on the MICRO TEC corp.’s website or in company brochures.
